Do I need Apple Music?
Yes, on whatever phone is running the game. That's how the songs play.
Who does the announcing?
Synthetic voices built for this, in a classic ballpark style. Nobody real, and no impressions of anybody real.
What if a song is not appropriate?
Explicit tracks are flagged, and you can set clean-only for the whole roster so nobody has to check one at a time.
Can other parents help?
Send them a link. They pick the song, the start point, and how the name is said, and every edit waits for you to approve it. They don't need an account.
Softball and other sports?
Softball works the same way. It's built for baseball and softball and isn't pretending to do anything else.
What if the Bluetooth speaker drops?
